Program Overview: Bike & Ride

With a bike rack on every regular and express route the bus can take you and your bike just about anywhere.

Employer Support Program DART’s Employer Support Program (ESP)

Participating employers offer a tax-free subsidy for their employees who use transit for their commute. Currently, around 50 organizations in the Des Moines area offer this benefit, paying up to 100% of employees’ monthly transit fares. For more information and a list of participating businesses, go to http://www.ridedart.com/employer-programs.cfm. The participating businesses are listed at the bottom of the page.

Reduced Fare Programs

Elderly (65+), persons with disabilities, Medicare card holders, veterans with a Service Connected ID, students in middle and high school, and refugees can ride DART at a reduced rate through one of DART’s reduced fare programs.
